Chính sách quyền riêng tư của NoteRenderer
NoteRenderer là ứng dụng ghi chép, vẽ và dạy toán. Chúng tôi tôn trọng quyền riêng tư của bạn: ứng dụng không bắt buộc tài khoản, không có quảng cáo, không dùng công cụ thống kê hay theo dõi, và không bán dữ liệu của bạn cho ai. Bạn chỉ đăng nhập Google khi tự bật tính năng đồng bộ Google Drive (mục 2).
1. Sổ ghi chép của bạn
- Mọi sổ, trang, nét vẽ, hình, ảnh và file PDF bạn đưa vào đều được lưu trên chính thiết bị của bạn (trên Android, iPad: thư mục NoteRenderer trong Documents của máy; trên máy tính: thư mục bạn chọn). Chúng tôi không tải chúng lên máy chủ nào của chúng tôi.
- Sổ chỉ rời khỏi thiết bị khi chính bạn chọn xuất, chia sẻ, lưu ra nơi khác (ví dụ gửi file PDF qua bảng Chia sẻ của máy), hoặc bật đồng bộ với Google Drive của bạn (mục 2).
- Một số cài đặt (công cụ, màu, vị trí trang đang đọc, ngày bắt đầu dùng thử) được lưu trong bộ nhớ của ứng dụng trên thiết bị.
2. Đồng bộ Google Drive (tùy chọn)
Nếu bạn bật Menu → Đồng bộ Google Drive và đăng nhập Google, NoteRenderer giữ thư viện sổ giống nhau trên các máy của bạn qua Google Drive của chính bạn.
- Quyền xin Google: chỉ quyền
drive.file, tức là ứng dụng chỉ thấy và sửa các file do chính nó tạo trong thư mục NoteRenderer trên Drive của bạn. Ứng dụng không đọc, không sửa, không xóa bất kỳ file nào khác trong Drive của bạn. - Dữ liệu ứng dụng dùng: các file sổ (.nrn) và thư mục project mà ứng dụng tạo trên Drive; tên, ngày sửa và mã kiểm tra (checksum) của chúng để biết sổ nào đã thay đổi; và địa chỉ email của tài khoản Google, chỉ để hiện trong hộp Đồng bộ cho bạn biết đang đồng bộ với tài khoản nào.
- Cách dùng: chỉ để chép sổ giữa thiết bị của bạn và Drive của bạn (gửi lên, tải về, chuyển sổ đã xóa vào Thùng rác của Drive). Dữ liệu đi thẳng giữa thiết bị của bạn và Google; chúng tôi không nhận, không lưu, không xem sổ hay thông tin tài khoản Google của bạn, và không chia sẻ chúng với ai.
- Lưu thông tin đăng nhập: mã đăng nhập do Google cấp chỉ lưu trên thiết bị của bạn, đã được mã hóa (Windows / macOS: kho mã hóa của hệ điều hành; iPad / iPhone: Keychain; Android: Google Play Services quản lý).
- Ngừng và xóa: bấm Đăng xuất trong hộp Đồng bộ để thôi đồng bộ và thu hồi quyền; bạn cũng có thể gỡ quyền của NoteRenderer tại myaccount.google.com/permissions. Sổ trên Drive là của bạn: xóa thư mục NoteRenderer trong Drive để xóa chúng.
- Việc NoteRenderer sử dụng và chuyển giao thông tin nhận từ API của Google tuân thủ Chính sách dữ liệu người dùng của Google API Services, bao gồm các yêu cầu về Sử dụng giới hạn (Limited Use).
3. Mua bản đầy đủ (Android, iPad / iPhone)
- Việc thanh toán do Google Play hoặc App Store thực hiện. Chúng tôi không nhận và không lưu thông tin thẻ hay tài khoản thanh toán của bạn.
- Dùng thử 7 ngày: ứng dụng gửi tới máy chủ dùng thử của chúng tôi một mã máy, là giá trị mã hóa một chiều (SHA-256) từ mã thiết bị mà hệ điều hành cấp cho ứng dụng; không đọc ngược ra được mã thiết bị. Máy chủ chỉ lưu mã máy và ngày bắt đầu dùng thử, để một máy không dùng thử lại khi cài lại ứng dụng.
- Để xác nhận bạn đã mua, ứng dụng dùng dịch vụ RevenueCat. RevenueCat nhận một mã người dùng ẩn danh do ứng dụng tạo ra, thông tin giao dịch (sản phẩm đã mua, mã giao dịch, thời gian, giá và loại tiền, quốc gia của cửa hàng) và thông tin cơ bản về thiết bị (hệ điều hành, phiên bản ứng dụng). Các thông tin này chỉ dùng để mở khóa bản đầy đủ và khôi phục giao dịch.
4. Bản quyền và cập nhật (Windows, macOS)
- Khi kích hoạt key bản quyền hoặc dùng thử 7 ngày, ứng dụng gửi tới máy chủ bản quyền của chúng tôi một mã máy. Mã này là giá trị đã được mã hóa một chiều (SHA-256) từ mã phần cứng của máy, không thể đọc ngược ra số serial; nó chỉ dùng để gắn bản quyền hay lượt dùng thử với đúng máy đó. Máy chủ lưu mã máy và ngày bắt đầu dùng thử hoặc ngày kích hoạt.
- Ứng dụng kiểm tra bản cập nhật mới trên GitHub.
- Như mọi kết nối Internet, các máy chủ (Cloudflare cho máy chủ bản quyền, GitHub cho bản cập nhật) có thể ghi nhận địa chỉ IP của bạn để phục vụ yêu cầu đó.
5. Quyền truy cập trên thiết bị
- Internet: để bắt đầu dùng thử, xác nhận việc mua, kích hoạt bản quyền, kiểm tra cập nhật và đồng bộ Google Drive (khi bạn bật).
- Bộ nhớ / file: để lưu, mở sổ và chèn ảnh, file PDF mà bạn chọn.
6. Chia sẻ dữ liệu với bên thứ ba
Chúng tôi chỉ chia sẻ dữ liệu với các dịch vụ cần thiết nêu trên, theo chính sách riêng của họ: Google, Apple, RevenueCat, Cloudflare, GitHub. Chúng tôi không bán, cho thuê hay dùng dữ liệu của bạn cho quảng cáo.
7. Trẻ em
NoteRenderer được làm cho giáo viên và học sinh. Ứng dụng không có quảng cáo, không bắt buộc tài khoản và không cố ý thu thập thông tin cá nhân của trẻ em ngoài những gì nêu ở trên để xác nhận việc mua.
8. Lưu giữ và xóa dữ liệu
- Sổ của bạn nằm trên thiết bị: bạn có thể xóa từng sổ trong Thư viện, hoặc gỡ ứng dụng để xóa dữ liệu của ứng dụng. Bản đồng bộ trên Google Drive (nếu bật) nằm trong Drive của bạn, xóa như mục 2.
- Thông tin giao dịch được giữ để bạn khôi phục được bản đã mua. Bạn có thể yêu cầu xóa thông tin giao dịch hoặc bản quyền liên quan đến mình bằng cách gửi email cho chúng tôi.

Khi chính sách thay đổi, chúng tôi cập nhật trang này và ngày có hiệu lực ở đầu trang.

NoteRenderer Privacy Policy
NoteRenderer is an app for taking notes, drawing and teaching mathematics. The app needs no account, has no advertising, and no analytics or tracking, and we do not sell your data. You sign in with Google only if you turn on Google Drive sync yourself (section 2).
1. Your notebooks
- All notebooks, pages, drawings, figures, pictures and PDF files you add are stored on your own device (on Android and iPad: the NoteRenderer folder in the device's Documents; on computers: the folder you choose). We do not upload them to any server of ours.
- A notebook leaves your device only when you choose to export, share or save it elsewhere (for example sending a PDF through the device's Share sheet), or turn on sync with your Google Drive (section 2).
- Some settings (tools, colours, the page you were reading, the trial start date) are kept in the app's storage on the device.
2. Google Drive sync (optional)
If you turn on Menu → Sync with Google Drive and sign in with Google, NoteRenderer keeps your library of notebooks the same on your devices through your own Google Drive.
- Access requested from Google: only the
drive.filescope, which lets the app see and change only the files it created itself, in the NoteRenderer folder in your Drive. The app does not read, change or delete any other file in your Drive. - Data the app uses: the notebook files (.nrn) and project folders it created in your Drive; their names, modification dates and checksums, to tell which notebooks changed; and your Google account's email address, only to show in the Sync box which account you are syncing with.
- How it is used: only to copy notebooks between your devices and your Drive (sending, receiving, and moving deleted notebooks to your Drive's Bin). Data goes directly between your device and Google; we do not receive, store or view your notebooks or Google account information, and we do not share them with anyone.
- Sign-in storage: the sign-in token Google issues is kept only on your device, encrypted (Windows / macOS: the operating system's encrypted storage; iPad / iPhone: the Keychain; Android: managed by Google Play Services).
- Stopping and deleting: press Sign out in the Sync box to stop syncing and revoke access; you can also remove NoteRenderer's access at myaccount.google.com/permissions. The notebooks in your Drive are yours: delete the NoteRenderer folder in your Drive to remove them.
- NoteRenderer's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
3. Buying the full version (Android, iPad / iPhone)
- Payments are handled by Google Play or the App Store. We do not receive or store your card or payment account details.
- 7-day trial: the app sends our trial server a machine ID, a one-way hash (SHA-256) of the device identifier the operating system gives the app, from which that identifier cannot be recovered. The server keeps only the machine ID and the trial start date, so a device does not get another trial by reinstalling the app.
- To confirm a purchase, the app uses RevenueCat. RevenueCat receives an anonymous user ID created by the app, the transaction details (product bought, transaction ID, time, price and currency, store country) and basic device information (operating system, app version). This is used only to unlock the full version and to restore purchases.
4. Licences and updates (Windows, macOS)
- When you activate a licence key or start the 7-day trial, the app sends our licence server a machine ID: a one-way hash (SHA-256) of the computer's hardware identifiers, from which the serial numbers cannot be recovered. It is used only to tie the licence or trial to that computer. The server keeps the machine ID and the trial start or activation date.
- The app checks GitHub for new versions.
- As with any Internet connection, the servers (Cloudflare for the licence server, GitHub for updates) may see your IP address to answer the request.
5. Device permissions
- Internet: to start the trial, confirm purchases, activate licences, check for updates and sync with Google Drive (when you turn it on).
- Storage / files: to save and open notebooks and to insert pictures and PDF files you choose.
6. Third parties
Data is shared only with the services above, under their own policies: Google, Apple, RevenueCat, Cloudflare, GitHub. We do not sell or rent your data or use it for advertising.
7. Children
NoteRenderer is made for teachers and students. It has no advertising, needs no account (Google sign-in is only for the optional sync), and does not knowingly collect personal information from children beyond what is described above to confirm a purchase.
8. Keeping and deleting data
- Your notebooks stay on your device: delete them in the Library, or uninstall the app to remove its data. The synced copies in your Google Drive (if turned on) are in your Drive; delete them as in section 2.
- Transaction information is kept so you can restore your purchase. You may ask us by email to delete transaction or licence information about you.
9. Changes
If this policy changes, we will update this page and its effective date.
